Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and the display name, handle, avatar and profile details you choose to add.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, what you bought, your membership status and billing history.
• Email subscriptions: if you ask for a guide or updates by email, your email address and where you signed up.
• What you create: messages, files and wins you post in the community, the brand details and logos you save in a Business Bundle workspace, your progress on Blueprints, Paths and Bundles, and the inputs and results of Tools you run.
• Usage data: pages viewed, the page that referred you, campaign tags in links (for example utm_source), the buttons you click inside the site, and a coarse device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests; we don't store the address itself.

Cookies

We only use first-party cookies that make the site work and let us understand which content helps people:

• Sign-in cookies keep you signed in.
• A visitor ID (tas_vid, up to 2 years) connects your visits so we can see which free resources lead to memberships.
• A referral cookie (tas_ref, up to 1 year) remembers who referred you, so they can be credited.

We don't run third-party advertising pixels or sell access to your browsing. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.

How we use it

• To provide the site, your membership and the Tools, and to keep your account secure.
• To process payments, send receipts and account emails, and handle support and refunds.
• To send the emails you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which content and pages help people, and to improve them.
• To credit referrals and pay commissions to members who refer others.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job below:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices and tax.
• Resend: sending email.
• Anthropic: some Tools send the text you enter to Anthropic's AI models to produce a result. Don't enter confidential or personal information about others into a Tool.

Some Tools fetch public information from third-party sites (for example GitHub or Hacker News) based on what you search for.

What other people can see

Your public profile, community messages and wins you share are visible to other members. Referral earnings are only shown publicly if you turn that on. Community posts from AI personas are always labelled as such.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Usage data is kept for analytics and may be aggregated. If you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and email preferences in your account settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@joinaistack.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security and transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that follow industry security practices. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

The AI Stack is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a membership.
