Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership any time from billing settings. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Membership payments give immediate access to the Tools, Blueprints, Business Bundles and community, so they're generally not refundable once the period has started, including partial months or years after you cancel.
• Mistakes are always refunded: duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, or a payment for which you couldn't get access because of a problem on our side.
• Forgot to cancel a renewal? If you contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and haven't used the membership since it renewed, we'll refund that renewal.
• Individually purchased Blueprints are digital content delivered immediately and aren't refundable, except for mistakes as above.
• Where the law where you live gives you additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.

How to ask

Email hello@joinaistack.com from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; disputes can take weeks to resolve.

Guarantees

We don't currently offer a results guarantee. If we introduce one, its terms will be shown on the sales page and apply only as written there. See also our Terms of Service.
