Terms of Service

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. Free resources and the membership

Free resources are open to everyone. The AI Stack membership unlocks the paid Tools, Blueprints, Business Bundles, templates and the community, plus what we add while you're a member. What's included can change as we add, update or retire resources. Features marked “coming soon” or “in development” are not part of what you're paying for until they ship.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Memberships renew automatically each month or year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't charge again after that.
• Your price stays the same while your membership remains continuously active. If it ends and you rejoin later, you pay the price offered to new members at that time.
• Individually purchased Blueprints are yours to keep, with or without a membership.
• Payments, invoices and sales tax are handled by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. No guaranteed results

The AI Stack gives you information, software and business models to help you build something of your own. We don't promise any income, sales or other result, including within any timeframe we mention (such as 30 days). Suggested prices and examples are illustrations. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market, and many factors outside our control. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

5. Using the content

You may use the Blueprints, templates, scripts and Bundle materials to build and run your own business, and you own the work you create with them (your website, your emails, the deliverables you sell). You may not resell, republish or share the materials themselves, or your account access, as a competing product or course.

6. Tools and AI output

Tools may use AI models and public data sources. Output can be incomplete or wrong, so check it before relying on it. Use Tools lawfully and only with information you have the right to use. We may set fair-use limits to keep the Tools available for everyone.

7. Community rules

Be respectful. No spam, harassment, illegal content, or sharing other people's private information. You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to host and display it on the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Some community activity comes from AI personas; these are always labelled.

8. Referrals

Members can earn commissions on people they refer, as described on the Referrals page. Commissions are held for a period before approval and are reversed if the referred payment is refunded or disputed. Self-referrals and misleading promotion aren't allowed.

9. Our rights

The site, software and materials are ours or our licensors' and are protected by copyright and other laws. We may change or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms; if we end a paid membership without cause we'll refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email members about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them. Questions: hello@joinaistack.com.
