You can

• Download the full source code
• Modify it however you like
• Deploy your own version
• Add your own name and branding
• Use it personally or inside your business
• Sell services powered by your customized version
• Charge customers to use your deployed, customized product

You can't

• Resell or give away the source code itself
• Redistribute the original repository or its files
• Upload the source publicly (for example a public GitHub repository)
• Sell substantially unchanged copies of the code as code, a template or a boilerplate
• Claim ownership of the original AI Stack codebase

The Commercial-Use License (v1)

Grant. When your purchase completes, DoItWithDale grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, modify and deploy the purchased source code, and to use your modified versions commercially, including selling services and access to products built on them, as described above.

Ownership. We keep all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the original source code, documentation and assets. You own the changes and additions you make. This license doesn't transfer ownership of our code to you.

Restrictions. You may not sell, sublicense, publish or distribute the source code (original or substantially unchanged) as source code, or make it publicly available. You may share it with your own employees and contractors working on your implementation, who must follow this license.

Your implementation. You're responsible for how you deploy and use it: your hosting, API keys, accounts and costs, your customers, and complying with the laws and third-party terms (for example the APIs a program uses) that apply to what you build.

Updates and support. Updates we publish for a product you own appear in My Software. We don't promise a schedule of updates or individual support beyond the included documentation.

Membership. Buying source code requires an active AI Stack membership. After purchase the license and your access to what you bought are yours to keep, even if your membership ends. The hosted tools, community and new purchases need an active membership.

Limited licenses, by application. We cap how many licenses we grant for each program (the cap is shown on its page once licenses are claimed) so the market isn't flooded with copies. Members apply first; we approve applications at our discretion, and an approval lets you buy while licenses remain. Licenses via a Business Bundle count toward each program's cap.

No warranty. The code is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It gives you software and the rights to build with it; it doesn't guarantee any business result.

Termination. The license ends if you break its restrictions and don't fix the breach within 14 days of notice. A refunded or reversed purchase ends the license for that purchase.

Other licenses. A product page may state different or additional terms for that product; those apply to it. Third-party open-source components keep their own licenses.
